Crab
Paramount White crabmeat comes from the body of the crab. The meat is flaky in appearance and is excellent when used as a dip, added to green salads or for hors d'oeuvres.


Wild crabs are seasonal and tend to be more plentiful in the warmer months of the year. Pasteurised crabs are available year round. Using the ingenious “crabpot”, wild crabs are caught alive, and kept fresh for as long as possible. Once cooked the meat must be cracked out of the shell. Paramount does all the hard work for you, making crab an easy option for any occasion. Crab is a gourmet snack of succulent meat, great with dips or as an appetizer.
